In general Latvian Post and Omniva deliver all parcels within Latvia from 3 to 5 working days. Parcel delivery times outside of Latvia are from 5 to 21 working days |

If the order is not received
If the Consumer from the Republic of Latvia has not received the parcel within 15 days of the day of dispatch, they must inform the Vendor by sending an e-mail to chepi@chepi.lv specifying the purchase number and date. The tracking number will be sent to buyers email. If the Consumer from outside the Republic of Latvia has not received the parcel within 21 working days of the day of dispatch, they must inform the Vendor by sending an e-mail to chepi@chepi.lv specifying the purchase number and date. The tracking number will be sent to buyer's email. For larger purchases, please, contact us individualy chepi@chepi.lv.
